It had great transport links and was situated near good restaurants. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Had a wonderful Xmas stay at this hotel! Loved the comfy beds and clean, tidy rooms. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offered a great choice and everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near a large car park and easy to find.

The free Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak and kept cutting out, which made it difficult to stay connected. The shower head was fixed, so it was a bit tricky to adjust to the perfect angle.
